I've been messing around with a post-process called High Dynamic Range (HDR). Its simply taking 3 or 5 RAW shots at different exposure levels, then blending them together and adjusting the contrast ratios to do things that are virtually impossible with a single aperture and shutter speed.
This is only my first one. Something I put together to experiment. You can see the real force of this process here.
